Newscorp engages Delacon's Phone Lead Alert for their on line presence.

Traditionally, Newscorp have only been able to track surfers engaging with their website when the users 'click' to make contact with their advertisers. However, most advertisers also include a telephone number on the ad. If the user dials the number directly, Newscorp have no way of tracking the lead and therefore are unable to bill appropriately.
Delacon's Phone Lead Alert have solved this loophole for Newscorp. Every time a customer phones the advertised 1300 number on selected Newscorp's website, the call goes initially through Delacon's server which logs and tracks the call, before forwarding the call onto the Advertiser. Newscorp can now bill for all leads generated through the website.

CBA purchases 1800 number from Delacon

The Commonwealth Bank of Australia have procured a toll-free 1800 number from Delacon.
The Bank were impressed with Delacon's competitive rates and attention to customer service.
The 1800 number will allow the Bank's customers to contact them free-of-charge.

CSU: First Aussie Uni to put Touch-to-Talk on their website.

Charles Sturt University have embraced Delacon's telephony product, Touch-to-Talk, being the first Australian University to utilise the emerging technology. Touch-to-Talk will enable CSU's potential students to contact the University quickly and efficiently.
The theory is such: web-surfers are more likely to make contact with an organisation behind the website if the process is simplified, beyond asking surfers to call a number. Touch-to-Talk capitalises on the indecisive web surfer, ensuring that no surfer becomes redundant.
